We are based in Mumbai, India and we are a bunch of dedicated and committed engineers, with a great record of bringing practical products to market.

Our Resources

A 65,000 square feet of factory space fitted out with the latest machines and competent engineers.
Our Factory Processes
Design
We employ advanced 3D CAD Software in our design and development. Every year or at any given moment there are at least 7-8 new development products underway.
Constant product and process improvement is an ongoing process at Teryair.
All our products have excellent technical literature supporting them, and we take care to ensure that revisions to product design are well documented.
We have a strength of 8 experienced engineers in our design department.
Painting and Powder Coating
Close attention is given to the final finish. We use the best Dupont materials to impart a beautiful and tough layer to our products. Here are some examples.
Assembly and Testing Area
A spacious department with experienced and qualified technicians, who have been assembling these precision tools for many years. In close proximity is our Testing Area where every product assembled is tested thoroughly. We set a high standard for the passing test criteria, and these tests are often carried out on specially developed testing set-ups. Shown below is one such test set up for simultaneously testing all working parameters of our air-operated double diaphragm Pump program.
Buffing, Shot and Sand Blasting
A walk in Blasting chamber allows us to Blast even large components. We also have a variety of smaller sand blasting units for blasting and beading of smaller components. We are experienced with different blast media like aluminium oxide, steel shots, glass beads and even walnut shells for different finishes.
Surface Coating
Most of these processes are done in house, for hard anodizing we have a tie-up with a partner factory, and we have a well-established process and variation control across the board. Today we are capable of providing the following surface finishes on material
- Hard Anodizing on Aluminum
- Hard Chrome Plating
- Blackodizing
- Wear and corrosion resistance coatings
Machining
Our machine shop is the core of our operations. We boast of a modern machine shop. A shop that we are constantly refreshing to have the very latest in CNC machining. At any point in time, there is a couple of upgraded machinery on order in process of being delivered. Older technologies are constantly phased out. All Critical components are machined in house.
